Uber app works well in Kyiv and can get you to the hotel in 40 min ( 15 euros) Be aware that Uber taxis leave from Departures level (so not from Arrivals). This is stated in the Uber app, just follow the instructions

Some of our guests have already booked Riviera hotel (located walking distance from our venue) with a picturesque view over Dnipro river. Prices start from ~ 150 euros/per night
Podol Plaza Hotel
Centrally located hotel in classic style, walking distance from major city landmarks, as well as our wedding venue! prices start from ~ 50 euros/per night
